About....
Some commonly asked questions...
- What do I need to provide for my Mobile Massage appointment? I bring the table, linen and oils/balms, and even music. All you need to provide is a clear 2m x 3m working space that is warm and preferably quiet. I can help move some furniture if neccessary.
- Do I need to fill out the forms? Yes! This is important for all massage modalities as it allows me to adjust the massage specifically to your needs, and protects both you and me if you have any contraindications to massage.
Other points to note...
You can prepare for your massage by being in a calm mindset, and readily hydrated.
During the massage I want you to communicate with me. If there is any time when the pressure becomes uncomfortable, please let me know. PAIN IS NOT GAIN!! You can also ask to adjust more pressure or change technique if you prefer.
My cancellation policy favours a "LIFE HAPPENS" approach. But if you give me 15 minutes notice for something that you've known about for hours I'm less likely to be lenient as someone else could have taken that space. I will send you an invoice for the full amount of that appointment, but may offer you half price on your next booking.
For mobile massage - Please allow up to 30 minutes in addition to your appointment time for equipment set-up, pre and post consultation and in-massage modifications.
Please don't be alarmed if I'm 5 minutes early or late, travelling long distances in a rural setting makes timing unpredictable. I will contact you if I am held up further.
